Read: Psalm 37
He looked like a normal healthy tall young
man who exercises alongside me and others in the gym. When I asked him about
his job, he replied that he did not have a full time job. He has a part-time
job and he has disability status. One problem for him was that his mind became
filled with conflicting voices. He suffered from a noisy mind.

How’s your daily Scripture reading? This
past week, I’m in the opening chapters of the fifth book in the Old Testament,
Deuteronomy. As I read this portion in Israel’s history, I marvel at how God is
continually at work around them.

and I are back from the Pacific coast last weekend. That trip doubled as our
belated 21st wedding (Dec 26) anniversary getaway. It was a great time to be
alone with my wife and visit old friends and meet new ones.

One Snowy Saturday Morning & FFAC’s Alliance Men
When I looked out the window the other Saturday morning, it would have been perfect for Christmas Day. But, when we’re in the first week of March, snow is the last thing one wishes to see. Budding trees, snow melting, living things sprouting from the ground would be the preferred sight.
